Great style quality and price
What a deal on this lamp! Unbelievable how easy this was to put together. The lamp is a deep hammered bronze color has a substantial base that is no too big yet very sturdy. The lamp column was not some scrawny puny looking piece of metal and is 4" in circumference. Also has an attractive fluted design. At the top of the column are 2 hammered ball designs which really gives this lamp character. I especially love the shade. It puts out a nice sharp glow that is great for reading. You don't even need both lights on at the same time as it gives out an even distribution of light with just one bulb lit. The shade adds a slight contemporary look to what I would otherwise describe the lamp as being Arts and Crafts Stle with even a Mission look to it. It looks so nice together - not fussy! The lamp is just so gorgeous you will not be disappointed. So worth the price! I would expect to pay $300 for this lamp elsewhere.More detail ...
