Beautiful floor lamp. Not worth the high price.
I have to start by saying that I do really like the look and styling of this lamp. However there are a few critical flaws that make it way over-priced. It assembles easily and has a nice modern clean look. I ordered the WARM light but it is not warm (It looks like light in a hospital operating room. Maybe their idea of warm is not the same as mine!)and it is not powerful enough. I expected with the 4 not 5 options for lighting intensity (I guess the 5th intensity is 'off.') that it would be bright enough to light my bedroom. But even though the lights are LED they are not bright even at the highest setting. A lesser problem but still a flaw is that the connection for the plug is 3" up the leg. Why is the connection not on the base or better under the base? For such a modern lamp they could have put the connection in an out-of-the-way place instead of a very visible place. At the end of the day I will keep the lamp but I will not be ordering a 2nd one or a table-top one unless the price goes to about $80 which would be a fare price for this lamp.More detail ...
